Tyler Shelton works predominantly in a colorful Pop Art style creating captivating paintings, collages, graphics and murals. His images have been described as a “clash of commercialism and expressionism juxtaposing familiar, recognizable images while expressing an emotional experience”.  Tyler has been featured in East Texas Live publication and he is a two time recipient of the “People’s Choice” award at Gallery Main Street in downtown Tyler where he has exhibited his paintings in group art exhibitions. He has created wall murals for businesses in Dallas and the Tyler area as well as a mural for Caldwell Arts Academy and his paintings can be found at several local restaurants.

Tyler believes that his art has given him a sense of purpose and a positive contribution to society. He is a full time painter and resides in Tyler, Texas.
